Breast Cancer 3-Mile Walk

The City’s 7th Annual Think Pink Breast Cancer Walk is Oct. 21. Check in begins at 8 a.m. with a warm up at 8:30 a.m. The three-mile walk will occur at Veterans Park, 22400 Moneta Ave. Come enjoy the nutrition booth, vendor expo, photo booth, refreshments and free giveaways as we walk to fight breast cancer. Larry Itliong Day Celebration

Carson’s 9th Annual Larry Itliong Day Celebration is Oct. 27 at Veterans Park, 22400 Moneta Ave. The 30-minute parade begins at 9 a.m. with festivities honoring the Filipino-American labor leader occurring until noon. Admission is free. For more information, call (310) 952-1743.

Veterans Day Celebration
