Lions Club Names John Hollaway Citizen of the Year Carson Accountability and Transparency's (CAT) board member John Hollaway has been selected as Lions Club International Citizen of the Year. The Lions Club, which operates in 240 countries, selected Hollaway from among all Carson residents for the recognition.
